Access to high quality, detailed guidance on literacy and numeracy improvement lifted literacy and numeracy performance offer a detailed and evidence based approach to the fundamentals of literacy and numeracy teaching and learning, across curriculum, assessment (including formative assessment) and pedagogy. Learning domains have always played an important role in evaluating the student’s knowledge and skills. The learning domains can be incorporated, while designing the course outcomes of all the courses in a program; however, the assessment of learning domains practiced in many higher education programs resulted in vague assessment methods and as a result there are still lacking some other aspects as to how they are able to deliver and strategize the methods in teaching the younger ones. The program also presupposes the use of proposed program under the literacy and numeracy program.
